Call Centre Eases My Life

I still remember couple of years ago when I have to go to travel agent directly to buy a plane ticket. There was neither online order nor call order. Compare to current conditions, everything is so easy because the internet has allow us to sit in front of desktop to order something just by moving the mouse and clicking our desired item. Other way is by calling the agent through their call center service to order the ticket and have it delivered to our place.
The establishment of call center is really important. I disagree if someone says that call center and internet make people be lazier. I do more agree if people say that those methods ease our life. Since I knew about the call center service, I make my ticket ordered through this service because it saves my time and my money. I still can continue my job while ordering the ticket.
Another good story is that I can change my ticket schedule without the obligation to come to the airways office. I simply need to make a call to call center and they will process then check whether it is still possible for me to change my flight schedule. Flight cancellation is also possible to be done by using call center service. I really feel the benefit of call center, and in order to use it, I only need a little credit of my phone.
